Property Accountant Real Estate Division

Crystal Caceres joined Waterside Property Group in 2025 and is responsible for handling our day-to-day financial operations. Crystal has several years of experience in property and real estate accounting. 

She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.

Namita Basavatia

Senior Accountant

Namita enjoys hiking, biking and traveling.

Jessica Quinn

Logistics Coordinator

Life has thrown me plenty of curveballs, but I believe in focusing on what you can control and moving forward with purpose.  I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from SUNY Delhi.  I bring dedication to creating organization to the logistics of all deliveries here at SWC.  Outside work, I love spending time with my four kids and making memories together – they’re my biggest inspiration.

Svitlana Levus

Accounts Payable & Purchasing Coordinator

Svitlana has been with SWC since 2024. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, traveling, hiking, and spending time outdoors.

Yunona Gaponova

Real Estate Management

Yunona joined Waterside Property Group in 2018 as a Controller and oversees all corporate accounting and finance functions for WPG. Yunona has extensive accounting and tax background and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from State University of New York at New Paltz, graduating Summa Cum Laude.

Yunona also holds a Master’s degree in English/Russian/Korean Translation & Interpreting.

James M. Riffice

Account Executive

James joined SWC as an Account Executive in May 2025.

A Fairfield County native and UConn graduate, he brings strong regional insight and a client-focused approach to his role. Outside of work, James enjoys golfing and rooting for New York sports teams.

Project Manager

Roman enjoys playing sports, traveling, cars, computers and good movies.

Property Manager Real Estate Division

Neyda is the Property Manager at Waterside Property Group. Neyda joined the company in June 2024 and is responsible for overseeing the management of multiple properties within our portfolio. With over a decade of experience in tenant relations and property management, Neyda brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.

Alma Sanchez Gallardo

Director of Design

When life hands you lemons, get some Tequila and make margaritas.

Alma has been with SWC since 2018.

Catia Rodrigues

Senior Designer

Catia is a food and music lover who enjoys traveling, architecture, and spending time with family and friends (preferably with snacks involved). She is a 2022 graduate of ESAP, Escola Superior Artistica do Porto in Porto Portugal.

Senior Account Executive

Andrew enjoys baseball, golf, skiing, biking, computers, music, spending time with his family and traveling.

Chris a.k.a “DJ Benny” is married with 2 children and lives in Pawling, NY.

Chris has been with SWC since 1997.

Alex Goldblum

Chairman

Alex and his wife of over 50 years are proud grandparents eight times over. Alex believes his healthy lifestyle and optimistic outlook on life are what keep him young.

A graduate of UCONN, Alex has built and grown several business under the same basic premise…take care of the customer.

Alex has been with SWC since its inception.

President & COO

Jon spends most of his free time chasing after his three young kids (and after his wife). He is an avid sports fan who loves to play and watch.
